Alicia Hahn combines her experience and passion for organizing and details with her love of meeting and helping people and has become one of the top agents in the Perdido Key area. She is a Realtor with an eye for detail and a desire to make the real estate experience as easy and enjoyable for her clients as possible! Alicia works primarily with sellers but is part of a team of Realtors that can help you find that "just perfect" home or vacation property and be there to help you every step of the way. She has 9 years experience in Perdido Key, Pensacola, and Baldwin County, AL areas.  Her business partner, Kerri Hutchinson, may also contact you and the two of them have a wonderful transaction coordinator, Jenn Brockmeier, that completes their work team!

Alicia originates from north Alabama where she graduated from the University of Alabama - Huntsville with a degree in Computer Information Systems. Her previous work experience in computer software training and support gave her crucial expertise in providing helpful details in processes which is applicable in helping buyers and sellers navigate the ins and outs of a transaction.  She met her husband in Huntsville on the job and their children were born there.  As a couple they have bought and sold 7 properties together in three different cities and moved to the Perdido area in 2013.  

Outside of real estate, Alicia is a member of the Chi Omega Alumni Association and Impact 100.  She values time with family and friends and loves volunteering her time at her church and multiple places.  Her other joys are traveling, getting her hands dirty in her yard and with projects around the house, painting, and enjoying anything outside in this beautiful place we call home.
